House's prices are sky-high in Ropeville too. I started the New Year with an eviction notice in one hand and a tempting "for rent" advertisement in the other. Three rooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful livingroom, a lot of built-in cupboards... the perfect place for my wardrobe and my collection of mineral water labels. It's a shiny day and I put on one of my favourite miniskirts and my 5" heeled boots as the occasion worths. I can come out with a scoop about rent increases! But you're never too prudent inside an empty house and even a simple date with the real estate agent can give big surprises and turn into a new adventure!
